How to merge PDF files into one document
Application forms, receipts for an expense claim or chapters of a report are easier to send and store as one PDF. Merging joins them in the order you choose.

- Open Merge PDF on PDFoxen.
- Select all the PDFs you want to join. You can pick several at once or add more later.
- Drag the files into the order they should appear.
- Click Merge and download the combined PDF.
Tips
Name files with numbers first (01-cover.pdf, 02-form.pdf) so they arrive in the right order.
To leave out some pages, merge first and then use Remove pages, or use Organize PDF to reorder single pages rather than whole files.
If the result is large for email, run it through Compress PDF.
Common questions
Is a watermark added?
No. The merged file contains only your pages.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Unlock them first with Unlock PDF, using the password you already have, then merge.
How many files can I merge?
There is no fixed limit. Dozens of normal documents work fine on most devices.
